AFSFundementals Course - £169
If you are looking to get into CrossFit but have no idea where to start then our Fundementals Course will give you all the tools to kick off your journey on the right foot!
What are the Fundamentals?
Any gym will take you through an onboarding process. This is usually "here are the cardio machines, these are the weights machines and these are the free weights, give me a shout if you want any PT".
For our program this simply isn't good enough. For you to start to enjoy training with us we need to coach you in the fundemental exercises we use everyday. These are the most important exercises we believe everyone should have competence in if not full on mastery. These exercises are, but not limited to:
Squat
Deadlift
Shoulder Press
Olympic lifting
Handstands
Pull Ups
Toes2Bar
and more.
Every session finishes with a workout perfect to introduce you to the intensity and fun of a typical CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day)

AFS has been epic for me personally. Classes are tough but fun and engaging, the instructors knowledgeable and interested, but not overbearing, the members are genuinely lovely and supportive. I would say if you have struggled to find your way with exercise then try it. I've lost over 1.5 stones and have never been fitter or stronger. I still have a long way to go and I'm still enthusiastic to get there, that says it all.
